Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE that we are only shipping within Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but are hoping to expand to other regions in the future!
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from date of purchase. You will receive an email notification when your order is confirmed. Please consider this handling time in addition to carrier shipping times (as well as weekends and holidays) when placing your order. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has left our facility. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you’ve created an account, you may login to check the status of your order. Otherwise, reach out to us at info@lavieskateboards.com and we’ll be happy to update you on your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
If you are having your order shipped to a P.O. Box, please ensure your selected carrier and service accommodates this.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If your item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
